My Story
I've been on a journey of self discovery and study for the past several years. In the fall of 2021 I invested in and dedicated myself to a coaching program that immensely changed my life, starting with my mindset and concept of myself. I started journaling all the things that were changing and what I was doing to change my interactions and experiences with life. This was evidence for me and encouragement on the tougher days. I also began writing things that I would one day read to my children to teach them what I had learned. Two of my most profound realizations were my ability to make different choices and gratitude.

It was this program that drove me to co-author "Manifesting with Purpose" and develop my own coaching business, "Ignite Outcomes," where I enjoy mentoring people along a journey of self awareness, recognizing and letting go of limiting beliefs, transforming into the new desired self, and holding space for people to really put into practice who it is they choose to become as they change their experience of relationships, parenting, finances, health, careers, etc. Our minds truly are powerful. If our minds create our life experience, then it is the first place we must turn if we desire change in any area of our life. I found a proven system based on Biblical principles to aid in the transformation of the human mind and desires everyone to experience love, joy, and fulfillment in life as they give back and ignite more goodness to spread into the world.

Get to Know Me
Lauren, her husband, three kids, three dogs, one cat, and some cows live on a country acreage in Oklahoma. She enjoys the outdoors with her family. She and her high school sweetheart, Ridge, have learned and grown together in many ways, overcoming multiple obstacles through the years. They are passionate about helping others and sharing life and light with this world. Lauren enjoys coaching and holding space and belief for clients through transformation. She loves seeing them become their divine self and find purpose in life as they raise their frequency to ignite and manifest their desired experience of life.
